Michelle Robertson Named IDD Operations Director

We would like to congratulate Michelle Robertson for her promotion to IDD Operations Director!

“Michelle not only embodies our organizational values, she demonstrates a unique understanding of our business framework and has a commitment to quality services,” said Jennifer Lineberger, Chief Operations Officer, Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities. “Michelle’s leadership has empowered our hard-working employees to continue providing quality care and supervision to the people we support”.

Michelle reports directly to Jennifer, and will oversee Clear Creek, Statesville & Maiden units. She will also monitor Level of Care and Medicaid eligibility for the people we serve and support.

Michelle joined RHA in 2001 as a Qualified Professional. Over the years, she has continually demonstrated her dedication to the people we support, has increased her knowledge and expertise, and has worked to develop future leaders at RHA.

This dedication has led to roles as a Program Specialist, Regional Financial Services Manager, and most recently serving as the Administrator for Clear Creek and Maiden units.

“I am so fortunate to be able to grow and to work alongside so many talented, caring people. I am very excited to have this new opportunity and I look forward to serving as a mentor, leader and support in these new areas.”

Sam Williams Named Administrator of Clear Creek Unit

We are pleased to announce that Sam Williams has been promoted to Administrator of Clear Creek.

“Sam brings years of dedication and commitment to the position,” says Michelle. “I am excited to see Sam grow in this new role, and I know he shares in our care and concern for the people of Clear Creek!”

Sam began working at Clear Creek in June of 2007 as a Direct Support on B-Side. Sam has served in roles of Direct Support, Behavior Specialist, QP and most recently Pro-gram Director for the past year.

“I am appreciative of the opportunity and looking forward to this new chapter,” says Sam.

Michael Marshall Named Administrator of Maiden Unit

We are pleased to announce that Michael Marshall has been promoted to Administrator of Maiden.

“Michael has been a part of the Maiden team since 2005 and he has always demonstrated commitment and dedication to the people we support, our employees and our organization!” said Michelle.

Michael has served in the roles of Direct Support, Habilitation Specialist, CPR/First Aid Instructor, Community Services Coordinator, most recently as Program Director.

“I look forward to the opportunity that this position gives me,” said Michael. “I want to continue to provide the highest quality services to the people we support. My goal is to continue to foster camaraderie amongst everyone in Maiden to ensure that we, as a unit, are able to continuously brainstorm and think outside the box, in order to ensure all people served are safe, happy, and healthy.”
