It’s GOOD to Have Options

The Open Enrollment period for the 2015 Marketplace coverage is November 15, 2014 to February 15, 2015.

This means RHA employees can use this ‘qualifying event’ to drop your RHA coverage and join the Marketplace. It may mean more take-home pay!

As a RHA employee, you have the opportunity to compare the RHA group health plan with the insurance offerings on the Health Insurance Marketplace. The Health Insurance Marketplace has the potential for real cost savings, through federal subsidy (also known as the advanced premium tax credit), for many employees of RHA.

Did You Know?

Employees who make less than $38,800 a year may find more affordable coverage on the Marketplace than compared to the RHA plan. Some employees may be eligible for additional savings with reduced copays and deductible - lowering their out of pocket costs.
