RHA Is Now Using a 3rd-party Provider, available 24/7/365

To report a concern:

  • Call 1-866-742-2428 (1-866-RHA-CHAT) OR
  • Submit a concern online - Click 'submit new report', then enter access code 'RHA'
RHA is now using a new partner, ComplianceLine, to accept all phone and internet-submissions.  This service is now available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days a year.

RHA understands the importance of providing a safe and ethical workplace for employees and we are constantly trying to improve our processes.  We have made a concerted effort in the past to provide employees with an avenue to report safety, ethical, and compliance concerns, and have done so by making the toll-free Helpline available from 10 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday, except for holidays.

This procedure has worked very well in the past.  But we believe that opening the hours of access to 24/7/365 will make it easier for employees to report in a timely fashion.

We hope that you will continue to use your established chain-of-command methods of reporting workplace issues and concerns whenever possible, but if you do not feel comfortable speaking with a supervisor or someone in Human Resources, the Compliance and Ethics Help Line is another avenue for you to speak with someone.  You may remain anonymous or you may choose to identify yourself.  Regardless of your decision, your information will be documented and investigated.

  • Is a third party help-line provider that has been contracted by RHA to address workplace issues and concerns.
  • ComplianceLine does not trace or record calls and does not have caller identification.
  • Is available 365 days a year, twenty four (24) hours a day for your convenience
Responding to Concerns
  • Legitimate concerns will be investigated within 10 days.
  • Your information is being reported 100% anonymously unless you wish to identify yourself by including your name in the description.
  • The Compliance Office will not be able to provide you with an investigation outcome through the anonymous format.
  • This information will be treated confidentially up to the limits of the law.
  • We ask that you avoid entering Protected Health Information about people supported in your description.
