7 Habits for Managers Registration

Managing Yourself, Leading Others
7 Habits Program Attendees - Charlotte - January 2015

RHA’s The 7 Habits for Managers® program focuses on using the timeless principles of the 7 Habits to increase our personal and professional effectiveness.

All RHA leaders are being asked to attend, to ensure we can share a common operating philosophy across all parts of RHA.

What is The 7 Habits for Managers® workshop?

The 7 Habits for Managers® workshop is an intensive 2-day, application-oriented learning experience that focuses on the fundamentals of great leadership. It’s a unique approach to leadership development that helps your team move from getting good results to attaining great and enduring results.

Whether you are an experienced leader, or recently promoted, you will acquire a set of tools to help you meet today’s management challenges, including conflict resolution, prioritization, performance management, accountability and trust, execution, collaboration, and team and employee development.

"Leadership is communicating to people their worth and potential so clearly that they come to see it in themselves."
~ Steven Covey

Why are all RHA Leaders Invited?

Every day, we go to work to make life better for the people we serve and support. RHA wants to support you in the important work your team does on a daily basis. That is why RHA is expanding our leadership development efforts. Our goal is to incorporate a common culture, language and operating system of effectiveness where we all are engaged and on the same page.

“The people we support and serve are at the center of everything we do.”
~ RHA CEO, Gordon Simmons
