To promote access and remove barriers for people served, RHA staff, and other stakeholders, we need your input. Please take a minute to complete the Accessibility Survey by visiting https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/AccessibilityAssessment.

Practice Implementation Alerts (PIAs) are the CARF Readiness Team’s major effort to educate about CARF and the survey process as well as informing employees about important practice changes taking effect during our readiness campaign.

Please watch for new volumes in the coming weeks!

"We’re learning that CARF implementation doesn’t have to be hard because we’re already doing many of the things identified in the standards. The standards just help us to put a name to a process and be more consistent as an organization."
