Physical Wellbeing
At RHA, our employees are our greatest asset!

We are an organization of professional caregivers supporting those with developmental and intellectual disabilities, as well as those with mental health needs.

Our staff is the heart and soul of our work.

Their health and well-being is the foundation to our culture of caring and leadership.

Through RHA’s Employee Wellness Program, “Raising Health Awareness”, we care for the total well-being of our employees, their families and the people we support by engaging them through programs, education, communication and personal coaching opportunities.

RHA is committed to supporting our employees’ total health and well-being through on-going communications, such as monthly wellness calendars, and an annual wellness challenge during the holidays, where over 300 staff maintained or lost weight throughout the holiday season!

We are excited to continue to grow our Employee Wellness Program and to see the daily successes of our employees’ efforts to lead a healthier life in both their personal and professional roles.
