2017 Performance Review Schedule for Elevate

For employees in Elevate.  All others will continue to have their performance review on their work anniversary date.

RHA’s Performance Review period is coming again this summer.  Since 2015, Elevate has helped RHA recognize and reward our highest performers (as budgets allow).

Remember:  Please care enough to give your employees honest & accurate feedback.  We all deserve to know how we’re doing, where we’re rocking it, and where we have areas to develop.

Important Changes for 2017

  • This will be the last performance cycle in Elevate. Elevate will cease to exist after August 31, 2017 
  • Elevate’s performance review functionality will be replaced by Workday. The performance review function of Workday should be up and running by early 2018, and will include ALL RHA employees (including Direct Support). 
  • Strict Timeline – Due to the retirement of Elevate, the timelines for our 2017 performance review cycle cannot be adjusted. 
  • Performance rating history will be pulled from Elevate between August 18-31, and will be uploaded to Workday for future reference. Unfortunately, specific employee feedback will not be able to be transitioned.

Self-Reviews – June 1-16 2017

  • Employees have an opportunity to do their own Self-Reviews based on RHA’s Core Competencies in the Elevate Software
  • Employees may log in and conduct a self-review June 1-16, 2017 
  • June 16 is the absolute last day for an employee to conduct a self-review

Manager Reviews – Until July 14 2017

  • Managers may conduct an employee review any time AFTER the employee conducts their self-review in Elevate 
  • All employee self-reviews will be forwarded to managers on June 17. 
  • All manager reviews must be finalized no later than July 14

Manager’s Manager Approval Deadline – July 28th 2017

  • Calibration sessions are being replaced by reviews by the ‘manager’s-manager’ approval. 
  • Examples of a ‘manager’s-manager’ approval: 
    • IDD – The Administrator’s review of a business office manager will be approved by a VP 
    • BH – An MCM team leader’s approval of their employee would be approved by the MCM Director. 
  • All ‘manager’s-manager approvals must be completed by July 28th.

Employee Feedback Sessions/Signatures Due August 18th 2017

  • All performance feedback sessions between a supervisor and their employee must be completed by August 18
  • This is the opportunity for supervisors and employees to discuss work goals for RHA's 2016-17 fiscal year (July-June).
  • Should include cascaded organizational goals and unit-specific goals.
  • Goals help RHA focus our limited time/resources on what is most important 
Goal Setting
Begin during feedback sessions, set your annual goals
  • This is the opportunity for supervisors and employees to discuss work goals for RHA's 2017-18 fiscal year (July-June).
  • Should include cascaded organizational goals and unit-specific goals.
  • Goals help RHA focus our limited time/resources on what is most important.
