2017 RHA Health Benefits - Open Enrollment Has Ended

Employees that wish to have 2017 health insurance coverage will need to look at other options, whether it's the Federal Health Insurance Marketplace, or other private insurance options.
Our Benefits Open Enrollment Window is Nov. 1-15, 2016
Must sign up by 11:59pm on 11/15 to receive insurance in 2017

Who is Eligible to Sign Up for RHA benefits?
  • Full Time Employees (averaging 30+ hour per week AND in a full-time status) with a hire date before October 1, 2016.
  • FT employees hired ON OR AFTER Oct. 1, 2016 may sign up for benefits beginning Nov. 16, 2016
  • Note - Employee Assistance Program is available to ALL FT & PT employees and their families
Open Enrollment Highlights
  • Employees can only make benefits selections online in HR INTOUCH.
  • Employees can call the Benefits Service Center if they need phone assistance working through the online selection process.
  • 2016 Benefits WILL NOT automatically rollover to 2017.
  • It is MANDATORY that all FT employees re-enroll in their benefits to be covered in the 2017 plan year.

Understanding Your 2017 Benefits Options

Eligible employees will receive a paper mailing to their home the last week of October.

Mailing includes information about:
  • How to log into HR INTOUCH to review plan options and select benefits
  • The Silver, Bronze and MEC health plan/prescription options, including cost, overview of coverage, etc.
  • Voluntary Gap Accident and Critical Illness insurance
  • Vision Insurance
  • Life & Short/Long Term Disability Insurance 
  • Dental Insurance
  • Updated Wellness Program
  • Getting the most out of the Silver option 
On November 1, employees can login to HR INTOUCH to:
  1. See 2017 benefit options and costs
  2. Utilize the Decision Support Tool
    • You will be able to customize your health insurance usage for this coming year, calculate your out-of-pocket expenses, and compare which of the health plans is a best match for 2017.
    • This tool will also allow you to compare your anticipated health plan usage for 2017 to the National average and make a more informed choice during open enrollment.

The fixed dollar amount you may pay for a covered service when you visit a healthcare provider.

Your share of the cost of a covered healthcare service that you may be responsible for.
